Terry Mann

Terry Mann, 70, passed away in Salina, Kansas on January 5, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. His family was by his side for several weeks prior to his passing. Terry was born to Earl and Violet Mann on August 3, 1951 in Dodge City, Kansas. The family moved to El Dorado, Kansas to be near the rest of the family that same year.
Terry worked for Boeing and Spirit as the Lead Painter and Senior Paint Manager for a total of 38 years before retiring. He enjoyed his job and coworkers. He even had the honor and privilege of painting Air Force One during his career. He also enjoyed cruising with his family, camping, fishing, shooting pool, and golf. Golf was his absolute passion in life and competing in golf tournaments was his favorite thing to do.
Survivors include his son, Chris (Brooke) Mann with grandchildren, Tess and Kase Mann; daughter, Ashley (Kolby) Klaurens, with grandchildren, Ella, Sophie, Nolan, and Forrest; sister, Bonnie (Don) Nichols; nieces, Cheri (Vincent) Lara and Teri (Brian) Hartwig; and nephew, Tony Nichols.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 11am. Burial will follow at Walnut Valley Memorial Park.
