Dear Doug, Alex and Family,

Steve and I just found out about Sherry's passing. We both worked with Sherry while at El Dorado Correctional facility. After that Sherry worked in the El Dorado Clinic and she was the consummate professional and always had a smile on her face. Shortly afterwards Sherry and Doug moved to Texas. We are so very sorry for your loss and thoughts/prayers go to the family.

I will never forget how Sherry was the first neighbor to welcome us when we lived in Denton Texas. She was loving, kind, and always had something nice to say. We both rejoice for all she gained as she entered heaven. May God hold both Doug and Alex and comfort them as they walk through this heartbreaking time. In our prayers. Nancy & Dan

Doug, Alex, and Family - Sherry was truly a one-of-a-kind lady. The world is a brighter place because of her. A few things that will always bring sweet memories of her are anything purple, smarties, and Barnes and Noble. She inspired everyone around her to be positive and how to fight. #teamsherry

Doug, Alex,the Robinson's & the Mankin's Families,

I'm so sorry for your loss. Sherry was a remarkable person. She was kind, loving and a true friend. I will miss her outgoing personality and her persistent nature. Even though she was not a Texas native she had a heart as "Big As Texas". Sending love to you all.

Praying for her precious family, especially her hubby amd son, Doug and Alex I can't imagine the sadness you feel but I know how proud you are of Sherry amd how big she lived until her last breath. Cancer was not a sentence to Sherry as much as it was. Challenge to her to live purposely, passionately, amd with as much drive as one can live. I'm beyond homored and blessed that she messaged me those years ago to start her fitness journey....she motivated and encouraged us all.
Much love to you all!

We will never forget Sherry and her beautiful will to live and love! She touched everyone she came across. Dr. Costa, Susan and I thought so much of her and were so happy to be a part of her care. Doug, I have never seen a more devoted husband and caregiver! You are in our thoughts and prayers. We were lucky to be able to know her....
