Sharmaine Warren

Sharmaine’s life began on October 9, 1973 in Wichita, KS; the daughter of David Thomas and Brenda (Dunham) Thomas. She was united in marriage to James Warren II on May 1, 2004 in El Dorado. Sharmaine was a hard worker and loved her children. She tirelessly took care of any child that needed help. Sharmaine’s greatest joy was her family and her pets, both blood and extended and it includes her husband James of El Dorado; children Jacob (Kari) Moore of El Dorado, Meykia (Joseph Marcum) Moore of El Dorado, Montgomery (Hailey) Moore of Towanda; grandchildren Merok Marcum, McKinley Marcum and Montana Moore; brother Shiloh (Angela Haring) Thomas; her parents, Brenda Thomas and David Thomas; and former spouse Fred (Stephanie Osborne) Moore; as well as many, many adopted children that needed to call someone “Mom”. Sharmaine passed away on June 17, 2020 unexpectedly in El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her self-adopted parents Manford and Anetta Moore, grandparents Charlotte Ketterman, Dorothy and Jim Thomas. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 23 at 2pm at Reece Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to Heartstrings Animal Rescue.
