Michael Ray Bronson

Michael’s life began on February 16, 1949; the son of Ervin W. and Goldie Irene (Minkler) Bronson in Topeka. He graduated high school from Shawnee Mission North. Michael was united in marriage to Twila Pearl (Hall) on April 12, 1980 in Wichita and were married for 26 years. Michael retired from working in maintenance for the Shawnee Mission School District after nearly 35 years. After retiring they moved to Sedalia, MO. Michael enjoyed reading, watching the Royals and the Chiefs and pursuing his art work. Michael passed away on January 19, 2019 in Andover. His loving family includes his brothers Richard Bronson of Phoenix, AZ, Tony (Joan) Bronson of Minneapolis, MN; sister Brenda Bronson of Phoenix, AZ; brothers-in-law and sisters -in-law; Sherry (Dave) Bohlender of Chanute, KS, Ken (Carol) Hall of Towanda, KS, Duane Hall of Augusta, KS, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved spending time with. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Twila, and her parents Don and Eva Hall. Friends may gather with the family from 1-2 pm on Sunday January 27 at the Carlson Colonial Funeral Home where his funeral service will be held at 2 pm. Michael will be laid to rest in Sedalia, MO at a later date. Memorial contributions in Michael’s name may be directed to the El Dorado Rec Club.
