Kerri’s life began on February 6, 1975 the daughter of Jesse George and Maryanna (Andrews) Reed in El Dorado, KS. Kerri graduated from El Dorado High School in 1994. She was a resident with Flint Hills Services and enjoyed her Flint Hills family. She also enjoyed collecting purses and shopping. Kerri was a huge fan of the Karate Kid movie and star Ralph Maccio. Kerri especially enjoyed eating chicken wings and spaghetti. Kerri was also a member of Jerry’s Kids and attended several Muscular Dystrophy camps. Her loving family includes her aunts and uncles, Bev (Oren) Reed of El Dorado, Bob (Gayl) Reed of El Dorado, Zeke (Shirley) Reed of El Dorado, Dick (Lin) Reed of El Dorado, Kay (J.R.) Ross of El Dorado, Stephen Shearburn of El Dorado; siblings Michelle, Kassey (Kyle) Flores of El Dorado, Kylee (Chad) Williams of El Dorado, Brandon Kubik of El Dorado and Karly Ross of El Dorado and several cousins. Kerri passed away on November 7, 2018 at Susan B. Allen Hospital in El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jess & Maryanna Reed, Uncle Jim Reed and Aunt Jo Shearburn. Friends may gather with the family from 5-7pm on Monday November 12 at Carlson Colonial Funeral Home; where her funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 13 at 11 am led by Pastor Debbie McCluer of the First Nazarene Church of El Dorado. Kerri will be laid to rest at Sunset Lawns Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the Flint Hills Services.
