Janette’s life began on March 18, 1942, the daughter of James and Sarah Marguerite (Dudley) Smith in El Dorado, Kansas. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts, knitting and crocheting.

Her loving family includes her daughters and their husbands, Mattie and Fred Cervantes of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; Cheryl and Greg Ball of Cassoday, Kansas; son, T.A. McNeese of the Philippines; brother and his wife, Richard and Lila Jones of El Dorado; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and one brother. Janette passed away peacefully, Tuesday, November 21, 2017, having reached the age of 75 years old.
