Fred Doerflinger

El Dorado resident Fredrick Eugene Doerflinger, died on December 25, 2019 at Lakepoint of El Dorado. He was 80 years of age.
Fred was born on August 10, 1939 in Twin Falls, Idaho, the son of Howard E. and Helen “Susie” (Smith) Doerflinger. He worked as a Superintendent for Law Company Commercial Construction.
He was a member of the Baptisit Church and enjoyed artwork and drawing.
Preceding Fred in death were his parents, and infant sister Evelyn and a sister-in-law Sherry Doerflinger.
Surviving family members include his children Missy (Tom) Storrer of El Dorado, and Sean (Monica) Doerflinger of Huston, TX. He is survived by grandchildren Eric Doerflinger, Markie Storrer, Shelbie Storrer and Erin Storrer. His brother Howard “Bud” Doerflinger of Meade, KS.
Cremation was chosen and there will be a memorial service on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 2:00 P.M., at the Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado.
