Florita’s life began on July 8, 1935 in Protection, KS; the daughter of Jacob William and Esther Marie (Gaylord) Leeper. She graduated high school and was united in marriage to Ralph Ehrlich. Florita kept her home and her family close at hand. She enjoyed reading and traveling to various destinations. She was known for her hearty family meals. Florita passed away on January 5, 2018 in El Dorado. Her loving family includes her son Gene Ehrlich of El Dorado, son Richard (Terry) Ehrlich of Missouri, daughter Lorena (Bill) Self of Colorado, daughter Terisa Lugger-Ehrlich of Colorado, daughter Rhonda Valenta of Colorado, nine grand-children and four great grand-children. Florita is preceded in death by her parents and siblings. Memorials in Florita’s name may be directed to the donor’s choice. A memorial service for Florita will be held on January 27th at 3 p.m. at the El Dorado Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She will be laid to rest in Blankenship Cemetery, Rosalia at 1p.m. on January 27th before the memorial service.
