Elsie Genevieve Carson

Elsie’s life began on January 27, 1937 in El Dorado. She is the daughter of Howard A. and Ida (Sinclair) Parscal. She was united in marriage to Robert “Bob” Carson on August 9, 1952 in Bentonville, AR. Elsie was a homemaker and caregiver. She worked for a time as a cook and at a local nursing home. Elsie’s greatest joy was her family which includes her children David (Lois) Carson of El Dorado, Terry (Kathy) Carson of El Dorado, Mark (Ja) Carson of El Dorado, and Scott Carson of El Dorado, daughter in law Cindy Carson of Towanda; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Elsie passed away on Saturday August 11, 2018 in Wichita. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob and son John Carson. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday August 14th at at 5 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church led by Pastor Tom Boerma. Carlson Colonial Funeral Home is serving the family.
