David Wayne Stonecipher

David’s life began on September 2, 1954 in Wichita. He is the son of Lee and Mabel (Higgins) Stonecipher. He attended technical school and served in the United States Army for four years. David was united in marriage to Denise Hammond on June 25, 1976 at Fort Riley, KS. He worked as a machinist and welder. David enjoyed his bowling league and watching TV, which he always had on. His family includes his wife Denise of El Dorado, sons David (Cassandra Allison) Wynn of El Dorado, Daniel (Rachael) Stonecipher of Augusta, Tony (Rachel) Stonecipher of Ohio; siblings Randy (Suni) Stonecipher of Missouri and Marion Lee (Sandra) Stonecipher of Illinois and several special nieces and nephews. David passed away on April 5, 2018 at his home. He is preceded in death by his parents, previous wife Janice and son Jason. His family will gather with friends on Friday April 13th at 1p.m. for his memorial service at Life Church, Augusta with military honors.
