Brigitte Cartwright

Brigitte’s life began on January 19, 1933 in Czechoslovakia; the daughter of Ruchard and Kathryn (Waller) Rustler. Brigitte moved to the United States in 1962 to Junction City. Brigitte eventually moved to Potwin in 1970: where she remained until moving to El Dorado in 2016. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Wheatstate Manor. Brigitte enjoyed watching television and attributed learning English from watching her favorite shows—“The Young and the Restless” and “Jeopardy”. Her greatest joy was her family, which includes her children Hans and Shari Neidhardt of Potwin, Richard and Tiffany Cartwright of Towanda, Corina L. Cartwright of Sacramento; 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Brigitte passed away on October 6, 2019 in El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her parents and 11 siblings. Cremation has taken place and a private family scattering will happen at a later date.
