Amber Crystal Prewitt

Amber’s life began on August 21, 1986, the daughter of David Wayne and Sue Lynn (Gillespie) Prewitt in Wichita, Kansas. She attended El Dorado Schools and graduated from high school in Salina. She was trained and licensed as a massage therapist and was currently studying to become a yoga instructor. Amber loved spending time with her 9 year old daughter and going to the beach. She played the violin, cello, guitar and loved music. She enjoyed running every night after work, also journaling and writing about her thoughts and feelings.

Her loving family includes her daughter, Lillian Mamaril of Austin, Texas; mother, Sue Prewitt of El Dorado; sister, Phaedra Prewitt of El Dorado; Lillian’s father, Danny Mamaril of Austin.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Prewitt in 2006. Amber passed away, Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at the age of 32 years old.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 17, at 1:00 p.m. in the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. She will be laid to rest in Sunset Lawns Cemetery at a later date.
