Preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years Dale R Daniel, son Dale R Daniel Jr, son-in-law Jimmy W Franklin, great-granddaughter Kelsi Ferren, and great-great-granddaughter Jayla Watters.
Allene was a long time resident of El Dorado, KS where she worked in accounting for various companies, eventually retiring as office manager for Ronald Rice Investments in 1982. Allene was a member of First Christian Church where she served on the Building Committee, as president of the Christian Women’s Fellowship, as Deaconess, Church Treasurer, and Secretary of the Official Board over the years.
Retirement didn’t slow Allene down. She kept herself active in various clubs such as Book Lovers Club and several different Bridge Clubs. She also loved to crochet and knit, making gifts and treasured keepsakes for her family and friends and crafting hand-made items for the church bazaar and other fund-raising events. For many years she and Dale delivered Meals on Wheels and were active in the Midian Shrine where they had the pleasure of driving several children and their families to the Shriners Hospital in St. Louis to receive medical care.
Allene guided her family with love, grace, wisdom, and an unfailing faith in her Creator. Her spunk, her humor, her beauty, and her wit will be missed by all.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Allene’s honor be made to First Christian Church (El Dorado) Memorial Fund or Calvary United Methodist Church (Wichita) Memorial Fund.
