Casper’s life began on November 30, 1958 in El Dorado. He is the son of Troy L. and Vera (Thomas) Lockhart. Casper worked for Beechcraft in Wichita for several years as a sheet metal assembler. He was a bull rider, enjoyed Rodeo and was a rodeo clown. He loved going to auctions with his dad and mud runs with his brother and nephew. Casper also enjoyed feeding the wildlife. His loving family includes his mother Vera Lockhart of El Dorado, one daughter, three grandsons, sister Linda Osborne of El Dorado, Trish Boucher of El Dorado, brother Rick (Kathy) Lockhart of Rock and several nieces and nephews. Casper passed away on March 7, 2019 at his home. He is preceded in death by his father Troy. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Sunset Lawns Cemetery led by Pastor Stan Seymour. Carlson Colonial Funeral Home is serving the family. Memorial contributions in Casper’s name may be directed to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
