Airreall’s life began on March 30, 1983, the daughter of Paul David and Laurie Ann (Filkins) Cook in Plainwell, Michigan. She grew up and graduated from El Dorado High Class 2001, and had two years of college obtaining her CNA certification and had started nursing school in Manhattan where she also attended church. She loved the outdoors, water sports and reading her Bible.
Her loving family includes her father, Paul Cook of Atlanta; step-mom, Sherri Mellot of Princeton, Missouri; children, Nathan Layton, Natasha Layton and Gabe Cook; siblings, Nichole Cook (Jonah Webb) of Wichita, Lucytia Talkington (Wes) of Wichita, James Baldwin of Orange, Texas, Meghan Miler (Jaison) of Burns, Kansas, Johanna Powers (Morgan) of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Christopher Cook (Elizabeth) of Trenton, Missouri; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Laurie Cook and a brother, Chad Cook. Airreall passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 17, 2018, in Atlanta, Kansas, having reached the age of 35 years old.
Her family will gather on Wednesday, June 20, from 1-4 pm at Carlson Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at the First Church of the Nazarene, 3031 Kimball, Manhattan, Kansas on Saturday, June 23, from 12 noon - 2pm.
