Frances’ life began on April 4, 1966 the daughter of Richard L. and Frances L. (Matthews) McBee in Lawton, OK. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Frances loved butterflies, camping and fishing. She was a very independent person. Frances passed away on September 10, 2017 at her home in El Dorado. Her loving family includes her life partner, Billy Nichols of El Dorado, her children Ashley (Cheryl Parker) Newsome of El Dorado, Joshua Coursey of Holton, Floyd Tilley of Louisville, KY, Justin Tilley of Louisville, KY, Kimberly (Gayle) Ackerman of Alabama; 13 grandchildren; mother Frances Larkin of Waynesboro, GA; brothers Shawn (Peggy) McBee, Marvin McBee, Tony (Lori) Williams, Neil Williams; several nieces and nephews as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews. She is preceded in death by her father and grandparents. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Memorial contributions may be sent in care of Carlson Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
