Bill’s life began on May 24, 1927 in Enid, OK. He is the son of Jesse and Julia (Hagerman) Harvey. Bill was united in marriage to M. Jane Arnold on August 8, 1946 in Eureka and she precedes him in death. He was a grain dealer in Leon for many years and a WWII Navy Veteran. Bill was a member of Leon United Methodist Church and a life member of the Masons. He is survived by his daughters Tandy (Roger) McKenzie of Severy, and Julie Harvey (Gail Ball) of Leon; sister June Hughes of St. George; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Bill passed away on July 19, 2017 in Leon. His memorial service will be held at Leon United Methodist Church on Saturday at 1 p.m. Carlson Funeral Home is serving the family.
